Previously seen by Drs. in the USA and Uganda, now living in Kenya.
Spends a lot of time on his feet as a lecturer.
Pt has suffered with these ulcers for 22 years!
Pt unable to use compression stockings due to excessive heat and humidity.
5th April 2022 BluLyte Wound Care treatment started.
Limb cleaned with BluLyte; thereafter packed with non-sterile gauze soaked with BluLyte and left in situ to soak for 10 mins.
Fresh gauze packed into wounds and sprayed again with BluLyte.
Gauze held in place with tubular netting enabling him to spray BluLyte intermittently during the day.
